Terms

These terms apply to autonna.com, our free audits, and any work we do for you. Some services, such as our New Jersey roofing service, have their own additional terms, which apply alongside these.
1. Free audit
The free automation audit is a no-obligation conversation. You don't owe us anything for it, and you're not committed to buying anything afterwards.
2. Paid work
Before any paid work starts, we agree in writing what we'll build, the price, the timeline and how billing works. That written quote or agreement controls if it differs from these terms.
3. Month to month
Ongoing services are month to month unless we agree otherwise in writing. You can cancel with written notice, effective at the end of the current paid month.
4. Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information and the access we need to build and run your automations.
- Use the automations lawfully. You are responsible for having the consent the law requires before your business calls, texts or emails your customers.
- Review and approve what your AI is allowed to say before it goes live.
5. AI and results
We test everything before it goes live and fix problems promptly, but AI and automated systems can make mistakes, and third-party services can be unavailable. We don't guarantee specific business results, such as a number of leads or sales.
6. Your data and accounts
Your business data stays yours. Where possible, automations run in accounts you own. When our work ends, we help you export your data and hand over what we built for you.
7. Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and only use it to provide our services to you.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The version and date at the top show which version is current. Changes don't affect work already agreed in writing.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
