This notice explains what Autonna ("we", "us") collects through autonna.com and our emails, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- What you send us: your name, business name, email, phone number and anything you write in our forms or emails.
- Details from your free audit or project, such as how your business handles calls, leads and tools.
- Basic technical data our website host records automatically, such as IP address and browser type, used for security.
Why we use it
- To reply to you, run your free audit and prepare a quote.
- To deliver and support any service you buy from us.
- To keep our website and systems secure.
We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run our business, such as our website host, our email provider and, when we build for you, the phone, texting and AI providers that power your automations. They may only use it to provide their service to us.
Cookies
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies, and we do not run analytics on this site.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for up to 2 years after our last contact, and client records for as long as the law requires for tax and accounting. Then we delete them.
Your choices
Ask us at hello@autonna.com to see, correct or delete your information, or to stop receiving emails. We act on requests within 30 days. Replying "stop" to any of our emails also stops further emails.
Children
Our services are for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If we change this notice, we will update the date at the top of this page.
